One of the interesting quotes
Tokyo-based gaming analyst Zachary Liggett at WestLB said that EA\'s titles won\'t be available until up to 12 months after the Xbox launch date.

I doubt this is true, but if it is that is a MAJOR blow. Lets hope for MS\' sake that NFL Fever is as good as the 2000 PC version was.

One of the interesting quotes
"It\'s important," said Liggett. "But EA is not going to bring truly exclusive titles to the Xbox. Most third parties are supporting titles that will co-release or are already out on PlayStation 2."

This quote was a surprise to me. In the Xbox debut article in NextGen they said that EA was the main development house assisting in the design of the Xbox. THey added a lot of features as per EA\'s request. I would be VERY suprised if EA didn\'t have some exclusive content for the Xbox.

One of the interesting quotes
"Microsoft has to rely on its own software prowess for a competitive edge," he added.

I think this quote can be said about all of the companies this generation. With big time developers like EA going multi-platform, the big battle this generation is going to be for AAA exclusive content. Which all of the companies seem to have in the bag. I say seem because a lot of the expected AAA exclusive content has not been released yet. Except for GT3 A-Spec. Which although not my favorite kind of game is still AAA exclusive content.
