Red Faction 1 hour and 36 minutes in impressions

Ok I currently have enough money to buy a game..... Should I get this one...... Has anyone played Medal Of Honor? If you have is it harder or easier?

I haven\'t played medal of honor but i have heard it is a great fps. Still, Red faction offers up something that no other fps does with its geo mod capabilities.  I especially love them in the multiplayer experience. The lobby as everyone has said is wonderful. But and this is a big butt (ok i think that was funny)  The one multiplayer level that puts you in an observation room with bots running around far below you in an area the size of a football field with maybe 6 large boulders for cover is awesome. I can see myself playing this alot just picking people off with the precision rifle. So far it has been an aspect i have been looking for and now i can have it at will. One really cool aspect of this is when you are zomed in on someone waiting for a shot and then you hear a rocket go off !!! UH OH ! I have actually caught the whole missile coming in on me through the scope and it looked awesome and invoked quite a bit of the uh oh response in me when i heard it at first. Of course all this joy was quickly followed with HIT R1 TO RESPAWN

The ending does suck.
BUt, just beating this game gives me huge amounts of satisfaction I havent had from beating a game in a long time.
Just because of how hard it is.
Great game.

I hope it\'s hard to beat the game. I\'ll buy this game on the first day when it\'s out in germany. Ok, there is no blood in the german version but blood doesn\'t make a game great. (but the german version of RE3 is so bad that I bought the english version)

just played about 1 hour into the game....got to the robot.......got waxed......ran up to it like a doofus with the flamethrower after I ran out of rockets.....and it hit me...AUTOKILL!  well back to the beginning...I didnt save...the soldiers sayings are hilarious....just cant stop cracking up after some of the sayings......  Great game so far!
