who is going to win the NBA final?

I picked Sixers in 5 b/c I knew they were gonna win the 1st game cause I knew the Lakers wouldn\'t expect the Sixers to play like that.... I think the Lakers will win the next game (cause its home) However I think the Sixers will win the 3 games after that (at home) b/c Iverson is gonna go so crazy in Philly.

BTW I\'m a Knicks fan but since Philly is closer, and b/c I hate the Lakers, I want Sixers to win.

Also think of this.... If the Lakers won it wouldn\'t be that big b/c everyone expects them to win. In the paper it would be like, "Oh the Lakers Won!" and thats it. However if the Sixers won it would be one of the biggest upsets ever in NBA history and there would be so much crap about it in the paper and ****.

I hope Iverson, no matter how much of a showboater he is, runs all over Kobe and then rest of the Lakers in the rest of the series... damn lakers

XBOX is rite about how he cant do EVERYTHING every game however he mite not have to if Mckie plays awesome and hits threes like he did in the 1st quater last nite and if Geiker (SP?) comes off the bench and plays awesome too. I think they have a REALLY good chance of taking this series quick, especially cause there at home rite now.

As a guy officially from "Philly" I can tell you that I certainly want the Sixers to win.

Sixers have way more heart and determination than the silver-spoon fed Lakers.

After last night, we see that the Sixers can actually win a game without all the points being put up by AI.

The Lakers won again tonight. Robert Horry was spectacular in the late moments of the game. When Shaq got fouled out he hit a HUGE three pointer and clutch free-throws to finish them off.

I think it\'s all Lakers from now. The Sixers might win another game but I highly doubt it; the Lakers are just to focused now.

1.  Most of the people who voted in this poll voted before the series even started.  Even though I voted Sixers in Six after game one, that\'s actually my heart voting, not my head.  It was always a forgone conclusion that the Lakers would win the series.  Nevertheless, the more games Philadelphia wins, the better I\'ll like it.  Anything to taint the vomit-inducing coronation of these dirty-playing, whistle-flopping, elbow-throwing, own-rulebook-having, Marv Albert-drooling FAKERS is ok with me.

2.  It\'s funny as hell you calling them "your Lakers" when you live in friggin\' Connecticut.  That\'s pure bandwaggoning if I\'ve ever seen it.  You were probably a Bulls fan in the 90s too... am I right?

Ok that\'s fair. Maybe I got a little too carried away before I considered that some people might have voted before the series began but I couldn\'t help it. I always get fired up at this time of year especially when I have to constantly here from my friends on a day-to-day basis about their knicks and how the Lakers are goin down and blah, blah, blah......and NO I was never a Bulls fan and have loved the Lakers as far back as 1979 or 1980 when I was 5-6 years old.

By the way Coredweller, how are your Phoenix BUMS doing at home? Are they enjoying the game?
