Newbie? I\'m pretty sure everyone here knew what QFG was simply because of the fact I won\'t shut up about it. :) It\'s Quest for Glory.. an old Sierra Adventure/RPG series. Think of it like Monkey Island 4 crossed with Shenmue an mixed with AD&D but limited by the power of a 386/486 class computer.

I\'ve been a PC gamer since the 80\'s and I\'ve never seen or played that game before.  I think I\'ve heard it mentioned, but then I\'ve never been into RPGs much.  Just as a general observation, especially regarding the console posts in the main forum, it helps if you spell out the name of the game first, and then use the acronym.

By the way, I\'m going to try to find this game.  Thanks for the recommendation.
