Ok, i tried this electro-pad thingy,
holy crap, they say if you put that thing on your stomach
on full blast and for more then 10 minutes you will
get a good workout... well i had it on for 20 minutes,
the next day i did not feel sore or nothing ... :rolleyes:
this "toy" is going back, i want my money back...
If i do 10 minutes of real crunches, like 80-100
i can feel it the next day... this thing is crap...
