Yeah, you are right, i should stay off the cola,chips,pizza,beer,etc... junk... :eek: But it is sooo freaking hard !

I used to have this messed up diet, i just drank juice fruit/vegie for 3 weeks, with no meat, bread, etc... i lost 20 pounds, i was very weak though after this diet...
