ok

they are Limit Breaks, which were better because you got more of them.

example

4 levels with an average of  2 limit brakes per tier = 8 per character

therefore

Limit breaks (FF7) > Overdrives (FFX)

happy ?

Some of mine have already been mentioned, but two that come to mind were the first time I played the original Tomb Raider I felt a sense of awe at being able to explore those awesome underground areas.

I also felt that the first real scare from Resident Evil when the first dog breaks the window and jumps at you was incredibly cool.

Other than that, I was a huge fan of Mortal Kombat and MKII, and I remember Mortal Monday very well. Although the graphics were obviously not as good on the home systems as in the arcade, I remember how cool it was to see the digitized graphics on the Genesis and to be able to rip out an opponents spine in the comfort of my own home.

Might have to make that one of two people.  I also liked it more.

Anyway, this is a no brainer for me.  The number one sequence in any game for me was the scene of Alexander protecting Alexandria from Bahamut in Final Fantasy IX.  The best scene from my favorite game.

On the other side of the spectrum, by far the worst moment in my video gaming life time was when Boneyards, the online gaming service for one of my all time favorite games (Total Annihilation: Kingdoms) went offline.  The company that ran it (Cavedog), was bought by a larger company.  That country decided that providing online gaming for a product wasn\'t profittable, and closed it down.  Morons.

1. Seeing the ending of MGS. I almost cried when I heard that song in the end.
2. Beating MGS in only 3 hours.
3. Beating MGS2 in only 5 hours (both chapters combined)
4. Winning GTA3 (I cheated so it wasn\'t too big of an accomplishment. playing through without cheats though again).
5. Opening up my PS2 at christmas. Damn was I happy.

1. Pretty much the whole Zelda: OoT experience.

2. The boss in the fourth temple in the dark world from Zelda: Link To The Past. There were all these spikes and fire flying at you all at once while the ground was moving you in random directing. It wasn\'t very hard, but it was pure genius.

3. Playing Mario 64 for the first time. It just blew my mind.

4. The 3rd disk of Shenmue. The single greatest disk ever.

5. Beating Mother Brain, then escaping from Zebes in Super Metroid. Amazing finish to one of the greatest games ever.

Honorable mentions-A lot of stuff from Majora\'s Mask(the goron race, the Oni-Link mask etc), , beating the Temple on 00 to completely beat the game(Goldeneye), the last level in Banjo-Kazooie, a couple of parts in Eternal Darkness(when that huge boss just blew your head off before you even got a chance to fight him), etc.
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.
