Ottawa will win the Stanley Cup. How? Because I\'m Canadian and I said so.
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.

With detroit out, if the stars loose, there is litterally no excues for ottawa NOT wiining.  If they pay philly... well, tehy should skate cirles aroundh them, and Toronto (same thing, gotta overcome the jinx).  As fot eh others, with detroit (and mabye the stars) out, their main competition is gone, so all they have to do is play to \'potential\' and they\'ve got it in the bag.

Even if it costs me 500 bucks, I\'m going to a goddamn stanley cup game. :bounce:

Had to bring this back.  Did anyone else watch that Anaheim Dallas game?  Man, that\'s some fun stuff.  Five Overtimes, and Anaheim pulls out another amazing win.  Giguerre is God in goalie pads.

Once again seeing if anyone wants to talk about this stuff.  Ducks tie the finals at two games a piece, after being totally out played the first two games.  Man, I have loved watching the ducks this year :).  That, and I hate the Devils like no other team.  Go Ducks!

The Devils won - good series, but Anaheim had a fluke year.  They were this years Carolina Hurricanes.

Now about the Conn Smythe... sure Giguerre had a good post season, but Brodeur should have won it.  Seven shutouts in the playoffs with 3 coming against Anaheim.  Oh well, Seabass might be an Av next season so I can\'t complain too much.

Through out the entire playoffs, I think it has to go to Giguere.  He had a lower GAA and higher save percentage I believe, plus he was really the reason the ducks were there.  The devils had a lot more around Brodeur.

Brodeur set the record for GAA and shutouts this playoff year... don\'t get me wrong Seabass was very good, I just think they had to give the poor old Ducks something for going that far...  Its not like the Ducks don\'t have an offense - ie. Kariya.  Oh well another year in the books, I wonder if will see as many big name free agent signings as last off season...
