You\'re just taking a shot in the dark here... however I agree with regard to Laker fans and Warriors fans, two species I know all too well.  Clipper fans are very rare freaks of nature, but MOST Sacramento fans are extremely rabid and loyal.  Your claim doesn\'t hold for them, or Sonics / Blazers fans as far as I can tell.  

WTF is wrong with it anyway?  It\'s normal for a TRUE fan to get bored with the playoffs after their team is eliminated.  There are two forces that drive my interest in the NBA.  HATE and LOVE.  Between these two, the stronger is hatred.  :)  I watch the Suns because I love that team, and I continue watching the playoffs because I enjoy seeing teams I hate get eliminated.  This has been a good year for that, and I hope it continues.  :D

Gotta agree with The Hurricane here, oh and the lakers suck!  Woohoo, its better to see them lose than seeing my fav team win. (though I don\'t have a fav team :))

the argument isn\'t about Western fans, it was about whether or not a team needs it\'s superstar, inorder to win in the playoffs.  That\'s why I called Hurrican a drug fiend.

Actually what he\'s arguing about a few pages back.....And a very good point he makes. How you all said the playoffs suck and you aren\'t going to watch because of your team losing. :D

Stupid Spurs.....Wait I didn\'t really care about the playoffs this time. But I was hoping the Nets would win....oh well, as long as the mavericks didn\'t make it and the team they lost against did...IM HAPPY!!

Spurs look like they\'re going to win next year too. They have a lot of money to spend on incoming player, and even more since Robinson retired.
