Actually, kids are legally allowed to play M-Rated games.  It\'s just a guide for parents to monitor content.

Legally, though, I\'m not sure it\'s alright for kids to play in public with loaded shotguns.  So maybe that\'s something?

in england it is rated 18, no under 18s, it does not matter if your parents give cosent or not. it is illegal for u to play it

parents gotta beat their kids when they don\'t have any common sense. those kids are psychos if they think that it\'s ok just to go shoot someone because they did it in a video game...some people just get dumber by the day :(  I played this game when I was 16 and I had the common sense to see the real world from the videogame world... and i also wasn\'t insane
