And I agree $700 was a lot for what you got done, at least a little pricey, and considering the shit job they did...

I wouldn\'t give up harassing them just yet. I\'d bother them a couple more times before parting for good with my $700.

You could always sue, but what a headache that would be. And then, you might not win.

Finding the shop with my best reputation is my advice. Hell, maybe just walk up to a few shops and look at the work they\'ve done.  Ask to see a sample of their work.
