pffffft.. You\'ve done nothing but :blah: :blah: :blah:

who says my stock cooler wouldn\'t work fine.. It would no problem, but i\'m into case modding and all that. So i prefer something thats better looking then stock sinks.  If i wanted to o/c i wouldn\'t be using stock coolers for either amd or intel.

I guess M$ are the OS kings for sales, which must mean (if i understand you right, no other reason to say such a lame statement) they are the best OS makers.

ohh and mm, i really don\'t care what you get.  I just enjoy watching you squirm. :)

I believe in ATi, Nvidia256. I know that they\'re faster in Far Cry with everything turned on. Gotta love them for that.

Pretty selective benchmarking though. You\'ll find that on certain maps that need SM3.0\'s efficiency more, the ATi.. even with its better "stamina" as it were.. falls to nVidia due to lack of efficiency.

Not by much, mind you, but at times they do falter. I\'m still on the fence, but I went from ATi\'s side back to nVidia\'s overnight after seeing the 10fps boost for nVidia on certain maps.. and the  (slightly) superior IQ.

By the time I upgrade, Doom III and a thousand benchmarks for it will be out and I\'ll make my choice.

I do too Blade, I have said in the past before on these forums that I plan on purchasing the 6800 GT, as I feel that Model gives the consumer the best bang for the buck. Your talking to a long time NVIDIA user, I\'m not interested in playing favorites, I hold no allegiance to any PC company, when product B comes along with better features with a similar or cheaper price, I jump ship immediately.
