Fight Night is a game by EA - possibly the worst benchmark for design efficiency and performance throughoutput of any console..

PS2=March 1999 in Japan if I am not mistaken
XBox=November 2001 worldwide I think

i dont think it was that long

xbox wasnt a world wide release was it?
nov 2001 was for US, march 2002 for europe

* looked it up,  February 22nd 2002 in japan

PS2 was released march 4, 2000 in japan.....

so almost two years...how the hell did people compare them at all?

The launch date in japan was said for spring 06.
