YOU DO NOT GET THIS FROM CONSUMING BIRDS!

The cases of this in humans is coming from farm workers and people in direct contact with *numerous* LIVE birds.  You get this from inhaling or touching their feces or cages, not from eating them.  Cooked = no problemo.
