erhm..this game doesnt use textures, this game is 2d, the backgrounds are pre-rendered. The characters and all the other stuff are also 2d sprites (but nicely animated) The games graphics might look good, but its the way this game plays which makes it a classic!

umm isn\'t this all pre rendered.
Commandos is a fun game,but I didn\'t play it very much.I had just gotten Incoming at that time.

graphically...it looks pretty sweet...but doesnt blow me away...gameplay should be pretty awesome though

No, Commandos 2 is NOT prerendered like Commandos, it is completely 3d.

This game looks real time WW2!  I might get this one..

well, i wouldnt mind seeing the textures close up...and graphically it is pretty kewl (they do look like pre-rendered backgrounds) but currently he only game shown (from any system, including tech demos) that has really been able to \'blow me away\' has been MGS2

Commandos 2 will be a game wich doesn\'t NEED mind-blowing graphics ( not saying that they aren\'t, \'tho ); because it can bring the atmosphere and the strategy.

I\'ve heard, \'tho, that Commandos 2 will be more action-oriented than the first one; and I\'m quite concerned about this \'fact\'. Commandos was so awesome just because it had strategic elements and you didn\'t need action too much. And besides, you were dead almost every time the enemy sounded alarm, or came to look for you. What does this \'more action\' mean in the game - has it gone completely over, or stayed in the limits of still being quite "realistic", is up for us to see.

But I\'m going to get this game anyway. Be there Red Faction or not ( Oh god if i\'d just have the money to buy all really good games coming out in May... or coming out THERE in may... )
