SURVEY ***How noisy is you PS2?***

MrWhiteUK, this is so true!! I thought it was the program on each game that makes these games noisy. But when you said that the blue discs was noisy and the PSone, DVD and music disc not noisy. That is so true.  

DVD\'s nice and quiet
DVD games Summoner run\'s like a dream
Blue CD Some noise but noting that will put you off.

DEFECTIVE disks (and so for i have had only one of them) = Noisey as hell.

the defective disk was my first MGS2 DEMo and it was scrathed to F%^& and that was on an "unopened" Paper folder it came with, got it replaced and it runs fine with little noise.

i always keep my PS2 Horisontal for 2 reasons.

1) I have cats and they will knock it over it over if it put it standing up

2) i can fool myself that i have a X box j/k

star wars= louder than normal apart when put it vert, unreal does it to, but i dont really notice it now. i though it was loud when i first got my ps2, but after 10 mins i realised it wasnt just not used to it, mine usually makes a slight humbing noise
