I think pretty much everyone would get all of the consoles if they had the money and time.  If I have the money and time, then I definately will get  a PS2, GC, and XBox.

PS2, DC...then upgrade my PC, GC and if i see a bargain basement XBox in a few years time, id think of buying it

As for X-Box, I really want a few of those titles, but none of the ones I really want will be released at launch.  I\'ll wait a year for its price to drop before I touch it and then I\'ll pick up MGSX with a new system when it releases.  All I need to do is make room under my TV.

also i want to wait for GC and see what it all has to dish out - i think i will have a consoles except DC - just don\'t want to have a DC becuase i have never wanted one - nothing against it just doesn\'t appeal to me for some reason

My original plans was to buy both consoles on their respective launch dates . But now, I\'ve changed my mind and I\'ll only be picking up the GC on its launch. Then, I\'ll wait until Jet Set Radio Future comes out and buy my Xbox.

Depends on my financial situation after I get out from the army. I\'m rather interested in both the GameLunchBox and X-HugePieceofMachinery and will be getting them when I have the money. And this could be a while. My first priority is to find a Sega Saturn and a Master System (II) now. I\'m also after a NES... these old consoles interest me much more right now for some reason...

I really have to build a specially designed shelf for all these consoles... runnin\' out of space... and If I get an XBox... sheesh, I needs a bigger room!

Of course I will be getting all the consoles. Have you seen my list at http://www.ugtz.com (username - NeoSega)? That is about half my stuff and all of my doubles. I will getting all of the next consoles and I already own DC and PS2.

My order will be DC, PS2, X-Box, then GC probably around 3 to 4 months later as I wait for some good games to come, like what I did with PS2. I will be getting X-Box at launch because any hardcore Sega fan with money would. 2 words - Panzer Dragoon. Plus, the last interview with Hitmaker said that Jet Set Radio: Future would come around 3 to 4 weeks after launch. Add in a little Halo, and some of the other titles and I will be having fun for quite a while.

Living - You got around 3 weeks after your GC purchase to save for an X-Box for JSR:F!

Well I had a dc but I traded it in. Now all I have is ps2 and soon xbox.  I eventually will get a gamecube, but with games like Halo, Raw is war, Munch, doa3,New Legends, and Nfl fever. I won\'t have any money left. Buying 5 games and 2 extra controllers, and the system will make you broke.  So I guess I will wait a year on gc or 6-8 months.

Damn. I had no clue it was goin\' to be so fast. Ah, thats okay. Its not that I was goin\' to have problems payin\' for \'em (I\'m already saving), its just I didn\'t want a new console without any games that interested me.

I\'ll get them all no matter how few games I will get for them. I\'ve got a huge collection of systems, so why quit now?

My opinion exactly. I got some systems that only have maybe two games for them. Then, I\'ll have another that has 90 like my 3DO. I just like collecting systems and tryin\' different games or havin\' the chance to try different games if I ever want to.

Alot of times, you\'ll find hidden \'gems\'. "Trip D\' is an example of a hidden \'gem\' for the 3DO. Tempest 2000 for the Jaguar -- though it isn\'t really hidden. Everyone knows it kicks ass.
