In terms of graphics Baldurs Gate, FFX, VF4 and Outcast 2 shut me up..

well the PS2 has nothing to worry about then.

Because given there track record it will be a long time before we see the final vewrsion of this game.


Remember it took them 1 year or so to plan Black and White

and 5 years of farting around developing that damn over hyped piece of £$%^ !

and in the mean time dropping MORE than Half of the Planned Features !

WTF where they doing in that time ?

he\'s got a point, all the farting in the world is fine with me if the product turns out good.

Project Ego sounds very impressive, with more features than just about any game in existance, I am excited.

America does pretty damn well with silicon.


and from what I\'ve seen its Nintendo that has to worry. All my local gamestores have taken quite a few more Xbox pre-orders then GC pre-orders

You can say that the xbox is going to be a failure and you are sure entitled to your opinion.

However its more of a mere wish than an opinion.  This is my opinion. :)

Xbox is going to do just fine in 2002.  Its going to be Sony\'s only competition.  Its going to do great in 2002 and I think we see evidence of that already.

Honestly, I am a lot more excited about xbox than I am about PS2, and we can see already that hardware and ease of use of that hardware is coming out with some awesome games.

At the end of 2002, xbox will be looking really great and broadband will be adopted more as well.  Its a great time to be a gamer and things by Christmas 2002 will be heating up bigtime. :)

1. Xbox claims to run 100 to 200x smoother graphics and speed than the Playstation 2 console. Yet every movie and image shows a little difference between the two. Perfect example.... Show me a PS2 game that even tries to compete with these graphics.  And yes...these are real-time.  This is just first generation games too.

When all is said and done...the PS2 will be remembered as the console with the best games in Fall 2001.
