And you think you are contradicting me?  You are not intelligent and you are not debating when you are degrading people, i know NPYYZ probably doesnt care, but its not about that.  Speaking your mind is great, its what you need to do in console debate, but speaking your mind should not involve what you said.  This forum welcomes new members and u did exactly the opposite.

i am VERY guilty of console bashing, and stand behind my opinions, but i NEVER personally attack people or call them childish names.  that stuff just isnt cool, and jumpman was famous for this.  owning all the consoles comes with benefits.  

so we created this part of the forum to let members "battle" it out, when no matter which way you look at it, we [the gamers] are the true winners, not the lame money grubbing [sony included] companies

Hey, NPYYZ read some posts that you aren\'t mindlessly praising the xbox and you\'ll find me defending the black box at every turn.  The difference is that I ACTUALLY own a PS2 which you so carelessly dismiss as obsolete.  Anyone who has actually spent some time on the machine knows as much.  You haven\'t.  You are trolling and debates like these go on for pages without anything every getting resolved.  Do you really think anything you say is going to change anyone\'s mind?  Do you actually think you could have your mind changed?  No, didn\'t think so.  So why bother?  You bother because you only want to stir things up.  To cause trouble.

The problem is that we\'ve been through this debate a dozen times over--go do a forum search everything you say has been said long before you decided to cause so trouble.  I love my xbox.  I love my PS2.  You starting threads like the one you just did actually hurts the xbox\'s cause, it doesn\'t help it.  All you are doing is getting all these PS2 zealots to dig in their heals and resolutely defend their system.  

I\'ve been here long enough to see that people have started to change and slowly started to see the xbox not as a threat, but as an alternative.  You posting garbage like this couteracts that, is pointless and makes the fact that you are 40 something seem pretty pathetic.

Well the only problem i see with his post is it is kinda well retarded in my opinion because he thinks there are no great games for PS2. what kind of games do you enjoy? PS2 has many games out to satisfy anyones needs - not all are great i mind you but there are many reasons for your ps2 to be active and not collecting dust.

now i ask you this - what is there to look foward to and what are you so thoroughly enjoying on the xbox at this moment?

as i have a friend with it and we play halo and thats about it mostly - there are good games but nothing else really that he even wants to buy
