I\'m ... er uh... "getting" it now.

I did the "same", I always do. Then if it is good enough I purchase it.

Tell me what you think when your "done". ;)

Luke:

I just found online a song by TLWSF, Its called Highlander.

I downloaded it, immediately I was reminded of Korn by the bagpipes.

Then the guitaring came in- and I was in heaven.

Thanks for this, too bad I cant acquire any of their albums. :(

By any chance do you own them? *ahem*trans*ahem* *cough*fer files*cough*over*cough*msn*cough*

Bleh, must have a cold.

My memories of that album are of the tinnyness of the recording, how many songs they played at a different tempo from the studio recordings.  It was very frustrating.  Of course I bought it when it first came out, so I only have the vinyl version.  I don\'t even have a functioning turntable anymore, so I haven\'t listened to it in years.

Best live rock record ever:  "Strangers in the Night" by UFO
2nd best:  "Alive" by Kiss.

Well not that I\'m trying to dis your opinion but could it be partially due to the record player?? As I have Seventh son,Powerslave and Piece of mind all on CD but I still think my Live After Death CD is the best??

You may have a point about that old turntable I used to own.  But then I also listened to many other albums on it as well, including the two I mentioned above.  :)

BTW, you\'re saying the tempo changes on Live After Death didn\'t bother you at all?  Maybe it depends on which tempo you heard first...

Spudz... I seriously have no idea where you could get some Slough Feg without just ordering some CD\'s from the website they have. But even then the site to not be working right now.

Good luck, I got my 2 Slough Feg cd\'s from a friend.

saw Maiden in Copenhagen last wednesday. Half of the gig they played songs from the new album. That was a bad idea. The whole crowd were bored including me. :/

They played at Roskilde earlier this summer and then they only played old and really old stuff which was a great concert:)

Maybe they couldn\'t get the live stuff sounding good on record player is what I meant to say.But about tempo changes,I think revelations sound heaps better faster.
