the "how klingons got bumpy" storyline actually looks good.  oh well.  i think it\'s like a sick person who is suffering - death is release.

Deep Space 9 - Sucked
Voyager - Good

Yah, you mixed the two up and even said you got through only the first couple of seasons and couldn\'t stand it.  You missed all the gold.  TNG didn\'t really come into its great self until late into season 3.  DS9\'s greatness was shown at the end of season 3 and the start of season 4.  Sorry you didn\'t like DS9, but it really is a lot better then Voyager ever was if you gave it its fair shot.

As for Enterprise, I\'m sadened by this mainly because this past season has been pretty good.  This last show with the Romulans was particularly well done.  Now it\'s going to be canceled and that\'s too bad.  Ah well.  Maybe the next Trek show\\movie will be a lot better in a few years.

why are Klingons all "bumpy" now ?

I remember the DS9 episode where they travel back to the Trouble with tribbles story.

And both Warf and ODO see the old style Klingon\'s, and ODO asks Warf why the don\'t have bumb\'s on their heads.

and Warf says "don\'t ask its a long story".

So i take it that this is explained in another episode of DS9/Voyager/Enterprise then ?

You all say I got it backwards, but you haven\'t explained why Voyager sucked.  Maybe because it didn\'t?

Janeway wasn\'t a consistent captain, sometimes she would cling to the the prime driective and rules like nothing else and the other moment she\'d just throw it out the window for the plots sake.

It was a deus ex machina fest, the big reset button and the plot rarely effected the main plot. Also they stopped having technobabble as a part of the plot and just used it as the big reset button, if they had a problem they\'d just reroute something through the main deflector to create a polarized tachion pulse that would disrupt chroniton particles that would rupture subspace and make erupt with flowers and pink ponies, Sevens nanoprobes were used in a similar fashion., one wonders what they would do if she\'d ever just run dry.

They wussified the Borg, instead of being an almost unstoppable force that could not be reasoned with they became a weekly annoyance where the  dialog would be something like this:
queen: hey we\'re going to assimilate you.
Janeway: Awww C\'mon be a sport and let us go, if not I will have to reroute something through the deflector and you don\'t want that.
Queen: well OK, but atleast give me Seven.
Janeway: Fuck no we need her nanoprobes.
Queen: very well then be on your way but know this......we will be back next week with similar claims!!!

And they introduced species 8472 which promised to kick some major behind but in Voyager fashion they made them wussies too.

The list keeps going, don\'t make me mention the episode Threshold, since when will going fast make us into salamanders?
