I was mostly talking about Marijuana.

However, you can still be a responsible \'drug\' user.

Someone who does drugs recreationally.
Someone who is carefull to control his environment before hand so that safety is paramount, and they won\'t cause harm to themselves or any others.
Someone who makes sure to be \'in control\' - able to quit, not getting into debt. Putting \'imporatnt\' issues ahead of their habit.

Pretty simple really.
