Wait, which one are you talking about? Both of them?

Yeah, it looks like both model have an HDMI connection, and both have built in HD tuner so you can watch digital channels like digital hd channels...but judging from the model numbers, the circuit city link seem to have the newer model...

I wanted to get the HDMI, like you said, future proof and I can use it for the PS3 since I\'m gonna get the premium version.

I see.  You don\'t have to worry about it since it looks like either model have HDMI connection and the built in hd tuners too.  Except the circuit city seem to have the newer model.  I don\'t know the difference between the two model, but i guess getting the newer model would be better as it\'s more latest...

30" widescreen. not bad. Put it in a nicely kept room and it will look impressive. Don\'t lose it inside a huge entertainment center and you\'ll be in good shape.

Don\'t worry about the 4:3 ratio squishing down to fit. If it really bothers you, you can turn that off - but you\'ll likely find after a half hour that you don\'t notice the stretched ratio. That\'s how it is for me anyway, but my tv is bigger and I\'m not sure if that makes a difference.

Paul, I\'ve noticed Best Buy is actually phasing them out. They\'re in a little corner by themselves with slashed prices. I think I may take a ride over to Circuit Shitty (called them that after they fucked my car radio up 3 times :)) and check out the one they have. Plus I wanna take a look at picture quality.

This one is going in a little bedroom in my apartment (as of now at least) and is gonna be in a corner in my room. Is it possible to run a digital cable from the cable box in the living room to my room and still have a strong digital HD signal? Or will I need the cable box?
