maybe by 40 to 80% rate, they meant the older 360 with Red rings of death problem while the remaining 20 to 60% rate are the newer 360 versions with no RROD problem.  Also, don\'t forget not all older 360 has the RROD yet....who knows, maybe there are a few older 360 that can out live themselves.

My friend\'s 360 "pretended" to get the ring of death the other day.

The red ring came up... and this lovely message popped up talking about hardware failure and contacting Microsoft... then we restarted it and it worked fine. That was a little strange.

Or Microsoft needs to learn how to not suck at technology.

I HOPE it doesn\'t happen to you, but...  This sounds like famous last words to me.

I don\'t have any friends who have not experienced the RROD.

I\'m just saying, the whole point of the article is what? Their range has a gap of millions of consoles which may or may not be affected. A (large) minority of the consoles are affected or nearly all of them are affected? Or somewhere in between?

I can understand 15 to 90% of that article.
