There is no date.
I imagine we will never get married. I use to want to, but she didn\'t. Now it is the other way around. I really see no point in  being married. We\'ve been together four years, have kids - why marry? It\'s just a piece of paper saying that we can legally fuck and then she can legally take me for everything I own.
Oh yeah... I just thought I should add... that when you live with someone long enough, the government deems you legally married. So if you stay together, whether you have a ceremony or not, you will eventually be legally married to each other. Weird law, but something to think about.

That\'s true. That is just yet another reason not to waste money on a wedding. If the Government and everyone else thinks we are already married - why pay for a wedding?

Then there is the whole wedding debate. She wants a church and a preacher. I am not religious and I want nowhere near a church or preacher. I want to go to a court house and get it done.

Until we meet in the middle, it ain\'t happening.

Not in all states. My wife and I actually looked into this wondering if we needed to legally do anything. In Illinois it doesn\'t exist.

Raises hand slowly....that\'s what me & the wifey did(court house)....we wanted a big wedding, but we\'ve seen newlyweds struggle with the huge bills that had mounted after the wedding and realized we didn\'t need that unnecessary stress...part of the reason in having those big weddings, is that you\'re banking on alot of the hosts to give the newly married couple money to help curb the costs, but if you have a bunch of broke-ass friends and relatives, that ass is up the creek.

Sometimes i know the father of the bride is supposed to pay for the wedding, but lately i haven\'t heard of anybody doin\' that,....i always here of the couple themselves payin\' for everything....so LIC if you guys do finally decide one day, go the court house route,..you\'ll save alot of money...

The way I figure it is, you don\'t go to a church to get a divorce, so why go to one to get married.

I personally hate church weddings. That\'s so cliche and lame. It should be something original at least if you DO have a ceremony. Church weddings are stuffy and boring and you end up choking on the perfumes and colognes that drown your sense of smell by all your relatives that don\'t know how to gauge the proper amount to wear and have to sit inches from you in the incredibly uncomfortable seats.

We had a garden wedding. Being Catholic, we couldn\'t get a priest to go coz it has to be in a church. So....we got a married priest to do our wedding. He\'s an ex-priest who does civil marriages. He had the cloth of the church thing on so it looked legit. :D

We had the most beautiful wedding! Now I gotta get married in Church (the quick version) so the Vatican knows we\'re married to each other.

Gman you have a wife?

Rly?
Who is this anamoly we call Jumpman? How is he able to do what he does and still survive after years of torment? It seems he feeds on the hate, growing with an intense passion to put unassuming members in their place.
