Shortly before saying this, you listed a bunch of future Dreamcast titles that you said would be good/great. Ironic. Fact is, you can assume that about certain developers. You told those folks that only a handful of the initial 30 were good (reviews prove otherwise), then you say that they can\'t tell you any future titles will be good/great. Well then, YOU can NOT say that those titles will be bad. You know damn well that the probability of them being good is definitely there. These guys aren\'t anticipating Acclaim titles - they are anticipating titles from TALENTED development teams and TALENTED game designers like Kojima, Namco, EA, Psygnosis, Singletrac, Square... developers who have proven themselves time and time again (like Sega and AM2). Yes, it\'s possible the games will suck (especially with Acclaim). But with these developers track records, more often than not the games will ROCK.
I ain\'t done. Another thing Dreamcast fans enjoy doing is pulling an XBox fanboy-ism. Bragging on the obvious. Not all Dreamcast fans - just those that start flame wars. When you have an extra year of availability in the marketplace, having a more impressive library is a REQUIREMENT and NOT an "accomplishment". It\'s silly to brag about meeting requirements.. The PS2 has 300 developers. This time next year, they\'ll have some amazing titles. They\'ll have some GREAT TITLES. Period. Yes, I guarantee that. There will be some triple A titles. If you dare to say otherwise, then you are one spiteful human being that judges games based on the console maker. If you dare assume PS2 will have no good - no, GREAT - games, then you are spitting in the face of 300 game development teams who have nothing to do with Sony. Grunts like you and me that just want to work. Play the games and forget the sh** consoles. [/B]

Why are you screwing my words around? I said "Games that will more than likely be good or great." Do you know what "more than likely" means? It means that it has a good chance at BECOMING a good game. I didn\'t say it was a good game, and I think if you would have read the whole thread more closely you would have realized that I had implied this through my other posts.
Reviews don\'t prove otherwise because I don\'t see any magazines or websites that say that PS2 had more than a handful of good games at launch.
I really question whether you just skimmed through this thread or read it late at night. I never said the PS2 WOULDN\'T have good games. GameJunky asked are there any good PS2 games that are coming out SOON, but most of those titles that will probably be good won\'t come out until next year. He never clarified how soon. So, I thought he meant soon as in games that would come out this year. You\'re right though, I can\'t say that those titles are going to be bad, and I haven\'t said that.
The whole time I\'ve been in this forum I\'ve said, "Until I see all of those AAA PS2 titles come out I won\'t get it." That is how I\'ve been, and I will continue to say that and preach it. Like I said before, I don\'t deny that the PS2 will eventually have many AAA titles.
I didn\'t try to start a flame war either. I assumed that he meant SOON as in games that would come out before the end of the year, and then after GameRiader put out his list I put out a list of DC games (that I thought my interest GameJunky) that were already out.
