Yea i had to ponder on it a little while but i think that sega is capable of pulling it off - for one they are using the new dev kits and that can make a big difference - thats why even japan hasn\'t seen any amazing games - its because they have been having trouble with development - so this new kits will make it easier for them, also whos to say that some companies hold back so that they can produce something better than the last each time they make a game
