1 year ago, IGN was the only good games news site on the web. (OK, DailyRadar was cool, too) But now, other sites are good, too, so I don\'t need IGN because there are enough good german sites and great forums (like PSX2central)

Guys, seriously, check the link that was posted in this thread...this is in no way serious...they aren\'t shutting down.  There is no way to take the story as anything other than a joke.  So to those of you who like IGN, it\'s still up...to those of you who hate IGN (for some reason I don\'t understand), it\'s also still up...

how did you come to that conclusion.

They post screens movies, interviews, previews, reviews and the occasional opinionated column.Take it with a grain of salt like every other publication ever written

IGN has always been my site for news, so I am glad that they are not closing (YEs, this WAS a joke)

PS: Are the forums screwed up for anyone else? I Don\'t know if this is part of downtime, but every other division and post goes from backround = white, to backround = dark grey. It makes it impossible to read unless you highlight everything!
