this game is good trust me it\'s made by the guys of Surreal (won\'t be long before Sony buys this comapny, hehe). For the guys who are wondering who Surreal, they are making Drakan 2. They where part of psychnosis once, but after psychnosis bankrupty they went privat, but they only work with Sony till now (Drakan and Gunslinger), so i expect Sony will add them to their first part developer list!!!

Sony has secured the publishing rights to this ambitious PlayStation 2 game, and Surreal Software updates us on its development.
Surreal Software has updated GameSpot on the development status of its third-person PlayStation 2 action game Gunslinger. The game, which was originally on Activision\'s publishing roster, has now been picked up by Sony. The game\'s development cycle is approaching the halfway point, and it could be released by early 2002.
"We are still working on Gunslinger, but SCEA will be publishing it," said Alan Patmore, the president of Surreal Software. "We chose not to show it at E3 because it is not coming out this fiscal year. It is around 40 percent complete and should be out next year sometime. It is going to be a great game."
Gunslinger is set in the Old West and lets the player control a cowboy wearing dark clothes and carrying a six-shooter. In their quest to seek revenge on a sinister land baron, the players\' actions will decide whether they will become a hero or a wanted outlaw. As players ride into various towns, they will have to speak with the locals, who will assign them different tasks. The missions the players choose will shape the game\'s adaptive plotline. GameSpot will have more on Gunslinger in the coming weeks.
