But I got a strong feeling its gonna be delayed..

Im sure the game will improve..

I didn\'t say it didn\'t looked impressive.

to quote me from an earlier post -

"This isn\'t to say that the game doesn\'t look great, because it does, but it will never look like originally said to be."

But I am POSITIVE that it will never look as good as originally concepted, and YES, it looks considerably worse now, especially because there are hardly any people running around and only one car on the screen. Dreamcast could do this, in fact they did, it was called MSR.

Yes, the graphics of GTA suck but the gameplay is brilliant. I think a game with great gameplay and bad graphics can make fun, but a game with great graphics and bad gameplay not.

ive looked at some of the newer screens and yes, they have amazed me. but i couldnt find the one where the car was jumping right infront of a train! that was the best one.
the graphics are nice and will just be improved. in some of the newer screens there are jaggies, but they will most likely get those gone by the release.

but where are the sunny skies? this game would look better with sunny skies!

well personally i would like to know a lot more about this game and see some in game pics before i get all excited over nothing

the game looks great but so do many others - so why get so excited over this one

I Share your pain, i downloaded that trialer only to have a very small poor replay quality of an into part with the two gangsters talking.
it was like watching a video of a LOCH NESS MONSTER sighting.


NO GAME on it and NO Direct Feed.

Looks like IQN was slacking off that DAY :laughing:.

anyhoo we are all waiting for the Actual in game movies of this one

No it will never look as good as those concepts, but I still think its damn close and impressive enough not to have to listen to you gleefully announce how it won\'t


it does not look considerably worse and MSR doesn\'t look close to this.

Everyone is talking about how it will rock and everything maybe it will suck.  I am going to wait for Driver 3.  It\'s supposed to come out.  Release date ????????.

Well I really don\'t think it will suck, and SDriver 3 won\'t have a 1/3 of the budget the Getaway is getting, and the Getaway plays both as a racer/driving game and a 3rd person action game. It also allows you to play through the game twice from the viewpoints of 2 different characters.

and it plainly just looks awesome


So to say you\'ll wait for Driver 3 is kinda lame. The getaway defonetly has the potetial of being great and is more in depth then the driver series has been

Yeah, guess you\'re right.  From what I\'ve seen for the Getaway it looks pretty cool.

Along with Rockstars line up and Reflections games, this game looks great. This is a great time for criminal minded gamers... like me. :D
