Taken from PlanetGamecube.comNintendo lines it self up for a head on collission with the European Consumer Trade Show. Nintendo recently announced the dates for it\'s upcoming European trade show, called The Nintendo Show. The show will occur on September 1st and 2nd. This is the same weekend as the European Consumer Trade Show. The first day of the show will be invitation only and day two will be open to anyone with an ECTS pass. Nintendo\'s MD of sales and marketing, David Gosen, had this to say: "The Nintendo Show will be a unique experience. The response we have received from E3 has been overwhelmingly positive and the manner in which we unveil our new offer to the European audience will be sight not to be missed." Max says: What\'s this? The Nintendo show?!? Looks like Nintendo may be taking Europe a little more seriously this round in the console wars. Good deal too, anticipation for GBA & GameCube is already building around the world, albeit slowly up to now. Nintendo\'s own show, showcasing its own products will definitely help build awareness in Europe. Hopefully, Nintendo will have a few more playable units - Nintendo\'s booth at E3 was almost too crowded!
