graphics - they are smooth and every thing look good, the main character runs a bit weird, but i only noticed as i hadnt read a reveiw and didnt know what to expect. but after about a min i forgot about it. enemies and backgrounds look good, i espesiccally like the snow storm and the way you shield your face from the snow as you run. there are a few glitces where enimies arms come through a wall, but not very often.you can run, walk jump ,hang of edges, shimmy along small edges, climb ladders, jump from ladder to hanging rails. maybe more but i havnt found it or may of missed it
Sound- sounds good but sometimes the voice acting is not the best, effect sound good, and some music really adds to the whole effect of the game. one prob as the talking doesnt go completely in with the mouth moving, but this is because the game can be played in other languages, so it a best for all. sometime the camera can get a bit restrictive as in re, but a single push of a button puts behind you.
Gameplay- starts a bit slow , like all great horror movies, you only see small enemies as you begin, but they soon start to get bigger, badder, better. the action region thing works a trick, and its quite easy to dodge the baddies.there are to typesof aiming, third person and 1st person. you get weopons that add to your gun as in what ive seen so far, torch(not a good weopon but illuminates dark places)shotgun, flame thrower, genade/rocketlauncher. you also get a knife , which unlike re is usefull. when in first person mode you also get a sniper scope after a while so its cool as you can shoot enimeis weak points.aiming is done like re, but better a laser come out so you can see where you are aiming, also locks onto enemies. not many puzzles, no find the bisho key stuff here. but there are some puzzles but not excactly like re. moving around is easy and being able to jump off ledges/ climb stuff makes it so much better, but thank god they havent just used this and made a 3d platform jumping, there isnt that much, and it isnt see how many times you can die as you tr to get a extra mm on your jump. you can carry as much as you want, but there are only a few thing for you to carry. so far i found the story line good, it may not be original but name a film/game that really is
overall. i found this a really good game. when i played it i found myelf really excited, the only other game to do that was re, sh and mgs. this is a really great game and my advice is get it:D
