yuor gonna have to PM mm, bjorn, or souldgrind, with a direct link to the gif. and tel them you want it under your name, but since MM hasn\'t been around lately then PM sould grind or bjorn

I have that program too, and you can edit the animated gifs.But I don`t know if you can create them from scratch.Never tried.
But there are free trial versions of some good animation programs f.e Ulead gif animator or Animagic.You can do some pretty good effects with them.

well Paint Shop Pro 6 comes with  Animation Shop Pro 2  for free, i can modify gif.s, make them from scratch like i did with the final Fantasy 1, just about anyhting, PSP6 and ASP2  are very very good programs for affordable prices.


and yes i am reffering tot he penguins from the bud ice commercial, when i lived in california my ceiling was literally COVERED with those caps...
