i remember seeing a small ad for FF tactics on PSX, and I was fully gearing myself up for it. I waited for ages before hearing it would never meet Australian shores.... devastating

It was, In my opinion, te best PS Final Fantasy created.
Nothing could defeat its brilliance.

I know I\'m proably going to buy it real soon for only $20 .  Hopefully square will come out with a sequel on ps2.

80 hours? jeez wouldn\'t that get a little old after 40 hours or so.... I mean what keeps you going?

The extremely deep battle system is what keeps me going.  There are so many classes to become, and so many moves per class.  It is near impossible to get even half of the classes and moves the first time you play through unless you just sit around and level up for a few days.  It is a really big game, and it\'s only on 1 CD.
