Tekken 4: Same pictures, only bigger! (much more detailed)

The Tekken series wipe out the VF series in term of gameplay. (My opinion).

I dont understand really how ppl can judge the game from these few pics, let wait and see it in motion.

Plus I always have confidence that Namco will bring out the GAMEPLAY, which Tekken is renoun 4.

I agree. I think it´s impossible to juzge a game for its 4 first pics. Remember the first pics and videos of GT3...

It looks very impressive to me at least TTT level(that\'s a good thing).  I have a question I wonder if namco\'s going to redo all the animation since its open area like soul cailbur?

just cuious - also do you like fighting games - i thought i remembered you didn\'t like them - because that can affect your decision - as i know it has about genres that don\'t interest me such as platformers

The backgrounds are nice. But they are still not on par with DOA3. I don\'t really expect them to be though. The characters look like they was ripped straight from TTT with no improvements what-so-ever.

I love fighting games. I like the Tekken series and I\'ve bought everyone of them. I am just not impressed with this offering. Then again, I wasn\'t impressed with TTT. In my personal opinion, Soul Calibur looks 5x better then TTT. I really hoped to see Namco offer something at least on par with VF4 and they aren\'t with Tekken 4 it looks like..

not too shabby. Although I can\'t say I even think about buying this game unless they vastly improve the gamelay (ha, neostars!) I just really don\'t like these games. I think the backrounds look solid but the characters suck.

Bring on VF4!

Imagine what Tekken 4 or VF4 would look like if they used NAOMI3, ahhhhhh!! It almost makes me cry just tihnking.

well i was not trying to say the pics re just amazng in my post

i just plainly wanted to know what he thought was wrong with them - and i can agree with what he said - anybody can say a game sucks but i wanted to know why he thought so

anyway DOA2 or SoulBlade i my fav fighter - although i like almost all fighting games

I get this feeling you are not a huge Tekken fan..

Personally, I like Tekken and always have but it is not my favorite fighter. That goes to any Capcom fighting game. ..

the only reason those characters are not impressive is because of the boring clothes the are wearing.  Look at the skin, the shoes, the backgrounds.  It really does look rather nice.  Must see it in motion though
