MGS2 LE Package? Japan exclusive!

The biggest game of the year gets the biggest LE package of the year!

A ton of details have emerged on Hideo Kojima\'s now "underground" project thanks to the Japanese BBS on the official Konami MGS2 site. Today we find out that Konami is planning to release a limited editon run of Snake\'s new adventure alongside the normal release this fall in Japan. The LE set will sell for a little more but will contain these cool extras:

- MGS2 pamphlet
- MGS2 t-Shirt
- MGS2 soundtrack with bonus tracks
- Dog tag
- LE metallic memory card

Think you might want to get your hands on one of these? Well, you may have to contact your local import shop because as of right now the LE package will ship in Japan exclusively.

That makes no sense why they would do that in Japan. In America Metal Gear games sell a lot better than in Japan.

Maybe because the Japanese like to have little things like that other there, and they are more willing to spend money on extra stuff.

maybe i will import it, but will the japanese metallic memory card work with a U.S. PS2????
