Help.. ps2 problem

All of a sudden my ps2 will not play movies. It stills play ps2 games alright just not movies.

Not my movies, not rental movies, I\'ve cleaned the rental movies, even rented games and they play ok. I,ve tried my movies and done the diagnostic thing but no luck. Has anybody had this prblem.

Any help I thank you.

hmm. i heard about this, is you ps2 still  under the 90 day policy? if so, return it. otherwise, i would call sony tech support, and hope they are nice (they usually are)

i havent had this problem, but i heard its somthing with the lens..
