HeadHunter, still in development for DC AND.. PS2.
« on: June 23, 2001, 02:35:11 AM »
I just saw this news, and thought you all might be interested. For a long time it as touted as Sega\'s answer to MGS2.. and it certainly sounds like a good game, beautiful too. There was rumor going around that it was canceled, but Sega Europe posted some Screenshots and news of the PS2 version. (No screenshots OF the PS2 version yet though.. but it will at least look on-par if not better than the DC version)

Now I dunno if it\'s being developed by SoA or SoE, but the release date is Fall 2000 DC, Christmas or Spring 2001/2002 for the PS2. Bump those up a few months if it\'s being developed by SoA.

yay! thanks for the news bud! I thought it was cancelled for DC when they announced it for PS2! SOE is developing this one.

This is surely one title to look out for. It is using a modified Shenmue engine but will tweak it to make it a sneak and snipe game. Also, pics of the motorcycle driving parts look awesome! THis is probably THE title to beat in the DC graphics department.

By sweet f**k, this is one game to watch out for.  I agree with Altered Beast in that the bike sections look amazing, and slightly reminicent of the old Harley Davidson arcade game by Sega.
These boots weren\'t made for walking/ The Marquis De Sade never made no boots like these
