I´ve never heard about a LCD screen for PS2... you can buy it for your psx but there isn´t anything for ps2 at the moment.

actually
you can use interacts LCD screen for the PS1 with the PS2, i played MGS2 on it and it looks great :)

you can also use it for the DC and N64, actually anything that uses a rca cable hook ups can use it, vcr\'s can use it also, but the only downside is you need to buy a AC adaptor and it cant be any ordinary ac adaptor, it has to be a PS1 ac adaptor, also be sure if you get 1 without any dead pixels

Adan, there is PS2 Flat Screen in the development. It looks like a black PC Flat Screen and is compatible with all graphic ports (RGB, XGA, VGA)

Thats the one Steve, maybe I didnt make myself clear in the begining of this thread. Its a black LCD monitor, not like the ps1 lil screen. I still think at the present climate, well for the UK that is, its going to be very expensive. But I for one would get one if they could sell it for a reasonable price.

I was thinking about buying the one I saw at Microplay but it was kinda expensive and I already bought TMB, Crazy Taxi 2, and Sonic Adventure 2.  I don\'t know who makes it, but it works with PS1, and Dreamcast.  The games look cool on it!

The true black LCD monitor that is in development is part of Sony\'s plan to make the PS2 more than just a gaming/entertainment machine.  Basically, once we get there, with online gaming, a modem (you choose your speed flavor), a 40G harddrive, two USB ports (for mouse & keyboard) -- not to mention adding a Hub to same for sweet daisy-chaining, the aforementioned monitor, and (of course) your CD/DVD compatible PS2, you now have a kick-@$$ entertainment system that is ready to move sternly into PC territory...

Face it, Sony has ambitions that (it could be argued) rival Microsoft\'s...  Good luck, Bill; this could easily prove to be Godzilla fighting Goliath ;)

Picture this: Dave finds an available seat for his \"Aggressive Drivers Anonymous\" encounter group session.   Saying, \"Hello\" he sits amongst his support group of S2K owners...  Smiling, they rock ever-so-gently to and fro in their chairs...humming peacefully...drinking coffee...and rolling little AutoArt & Maisto S2000s across their knees.  At this moment, the group responds in unison, \"Hi, w1ngman!\" :D
