The EVA-series and the JSSDF-Soldiers of End of Evangelion. Really evil an worth to hate! (<--especially for Asuka- and Misato-fans)

I have not seen the Buu saga yet, but for now, I\'d have to say Freeza.  He was not nearly as powerful as Cell, but he was in a lot more episodes, and was a bigger part of the DBZ story than Cell was.

Vegeta is kinda like a goodguy.. He was only like bad bad in the beginning. Well, I don\'t really watch too much anime, except for Dragonball. I would say that the best would be umm.. probably Buu. Although I have only seen some episodes in Japanese, I had no idea what they were talking about. I can\'t wait till the new episodes start airing! ha. What a kid I am :D
