My PS2 is messed up...

Man...When I turned it on this morning, it seemed to be working fine...I had two controllers plugged in; the new PS2 dualshock II, and the original PS1 dualshock...All of a sudden (I was in the browser menu...Not playing a game), all control switched to the second controller (did I do this??). Now, the console can only be controlled from slot 2 (with either controller), and games will not recognize any control whatsoever... Anyone know what this is??

Welcome!!  Did you put a GameShark in your PS2?  One person did this and his game ports didn\'t work.

Welcome to the forums. A good place to find solutions as normally one person will have shared the same problem.

I personlly have never heard of this. My advice, use the warrentee / ring Sony.

Thats easy advice to give though. Good luck hope you find a solution.

gamesharks do that? I\'ve been thinking about getting one.... now I\'m not too sure.

yeah i had a problem with gamesharks back in the past wit my ps1. it broke my whole system. well anywayz Wong fei hong, thats a cool guy. Drunken Master!!! :D

huh i thought Wong Fei Hung was the character Jet Li played in the Once upon a Time in China Movie Series

maybe i am thinking of something else
