RichGUK rented Onimusha Warlords (UK)
« on: July 07, 2001, 11:00:12 AM »
Just thought i\'d let you all know.

Im not one for renting as I don\'t like the idea of putting sticky up, scratched, heavily used discs in my PS2. However with Onimusha Warlords I know ill be able to complete it in a few days before taking it back. Which is actually cheaper and miles less hassle than spending £5.50 on the bus to go to the nearest EB to use their returns policy if I had purchased it there.

Also with this game coming out yestaday and the fact that both copies was in stock (meaning chances are no one will have rented them both yestaday and returned them both in one night) I recorn that this is a brand new version of Onimusha, i.e. im the first to rent it. :)

Anyway ill have a review of this game up in a few days. Like usual ill give you all the inside information and be as critical as possible. :)

Yep, I got the game yesterday for 31 quid, and although it\'s reminicent of the Resi series, it\'s great fun hacking and slashing the undead.  But I\'ll leave RichGUK to do a review. :)

But see that f**king tile-slide puzzle????!!!!!!!!
AAAAARRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks. Should have the review by monday night.

Yeah that tile slide puzzle was such an arse. I mean even the floor opening bit was a pain. I must have watched Kaede talk about how she found out about that kids past like ten times. It was really beginning to get anonying.

I hope theres no more, "watch movie bit which is unpassable and then try and complete 3 rooms to get to a 4th room where a puzzle must be solved in a certain time otherwise you must start again" sections. :D

I don\'t know what you\'re talking about, I think those puzzles were a breeze ^_^

Onimusha is great, my absolute best game on my PS2.

The number tile slide puzzles ? Ha ! Just gamble
a bit around and you\'ll have it cracked in 2 minutes.
( those translation puzzles are killing me though)
But, I\'m stuck right now in the keep. I mean I can\'t get
any further than those doors which got those double
orb things on it. Were can I find the 2nd Orb ?

If you already have the right orbe for that door like the fire orbe, then all you have to do,is enhance the one you already have, what you do is go to a save point and it will say save and next to it enhance.
Hope this helps you out: )
