And do you know what\'s funny? In ConsoleDebating, Soul Reaver has been smoking you, and then all of a sudden, I obliterated him. :laughing: Ok so it\'s not that funny but I find it kind of ironic.

Soul Reaver hasnt been smoking ****, we have been debating well...i dont recall you beating him at PSX2Central or at ConsoleDome...please give me the link to what you are referring to

my fav. Nintendo debaters= Jumpman, Eik, and Beattie (from ConsoleDome)

fav. Sony debater = Chrono

fav. XBox debater = SoulReaver (not the old soul reaver)

BTW, I\'m serious. I challenge anyone to challenge me to a challenge of challenging debate on anything. Thats what I love about debate. If you are good you can argue anything; but its not the same through text. :(

When does this all begin? The actual back and forth debating? Personally, I can\'t wait. I\'m always in the CONSOLE DEBATING section on PS2Central, so it will be a welcome change to see some new faces and perspectives.

I have no intrest in arguing, however I posses excellent overall knowledge on all systems, and am a wonderful writer.  However, it is to my disadvantage that I am an open minded person and believe no console can be debated based on hardware because that is about 10% of what makes a system great.

I\'d say roughly 10 - 20% of the judgement of the debate will be based on hardware information, as presented by the debaters.  In other words, you\'ll try to argue the superior system overall.  And most of the grading will be based on sucessful arguments, not just saying System X has a higher number of ABC than System Z.  In fact, one of our judges (Korval from PCG & MSXBox) is a programmer who posesses the most knowledge of the hardware of these systems than anyone I\'ve ever known of.

And I agree.  Hardware only plays a small part in determining the superior system.  And it will in this debate.
