never played number three, but i was a big fan of Air Combat and Ace Combat 2...i hope this has a 2 player option or something...mebbe even co-op would be good

just noticed the last pic...is that a split screen?  as in 2 player split screen?  hope so  :)

Why did the split the screen vertically? I don\'t play fliight games, but it would seem to me that you would want to see more from left to right. Maybe I\'m nuts. Anyone that plays these games have an opinion on that?

those FMV shots look great.

and so do the in-games, but i am not a fan of dog fighting sims.

I doubt those first shots are FMV. Look @ the aliasing and the use of blurry textures. Knowing what Namco is capable of, I doubt those are CG... Just the PS2 using its depth-of-field.
