Problem with th email

Why wont the forums accept my email address?
Whenever I type in my email addresss in the options it says the admin has banned my address. Why is this?

It\'s too easy to make a hotmail account.  The admins want to have a stable community without the hassle of people getting peeved off, creating ten different accounts, and spamming up the wazoo.
