What\'s the deal guys? Those threads serve no purpose whatsoever and they waste people\'s times. I know this is an off-topic, but those threads aren\'t even a topic to talk about in the first place...:rolleyes:

No offense, but aren\'t you being just a taaaaad sensitive these days? Perhaps being drunk isn\'t the best of topics, but considering the many other stupid threads I can\'t see the harm in one more... well, that\'s just IMO anyway.

I agree with the dumb ass ***, you need to stop *****ing and whining about everything that goes on here.

There should be a [Jumpman][/Jumpman] VB format. Just put the tags around it, and random insults will be inserted in that area...

Yeah...

But seriously, I also hate these I\'m drunk topics that go around. Really, no one cares. The same thing applies with "Hey guys I got a new signature threads". Ugh. Preach on X.

The only threads that truly annoy me are the "I got a new Signature" threads. They didn\'t bother me so much, until almost everyone started doin\' it and getting a new signature weekly, then informing us that they got a new signature. Err!

Yeah, those annoy me too. I mean, who really cares anyway? I don\'t really read sigs, let alone careing about them. :)

Well, I do read sigs for the most part, that is how I found the chat (your sig). What I don\'t need is a thread telling me that someone changed their signature. I am fully capable of reading it the next time I see a post by them - if it catches my eye. If not, well, no big deal.

You may want to consider movin\' this to Rants and Raves, Sam. I think everyone is goin\' to start ranting and raving very soon.

Don\'t forget that when you\'re drunk your judgement is impaired, so it might be unrealistic to expect drunk people to remember not to post an "I\'m Drunk" thread.  I just ignore them.  Now if someone posted an "I\'m Stoned" thread, that I would read! :)

That\'s not an excuse, everyone knows that when people drink they should have a "designated poster" with them so that they don\'t get hurt.  For the sake of convenience, have your designated driver be your designated poster.  That way only one person has to see you smashed, instead of an embarrasing two.

I talk to people on AIM when I know they are drunk.  When someone spends enough time with a keyboard they can still perform quite well while under the influence.  But thier conversations are usually quite weak.

Shouldn\'t this thread be in the "Rants and Raves" forum?  just wondering.  Jumpman is always like that...  I dunno if I see a topic as dumb as "I\'m Drunk"  I usually stay out of it.  I don\'t see a point in going in it and than being upset by it or something. ^_^
