Final Fantasy XI Pics and Tetra Masters

I found these pictures on the PlayOnline site. Very beautiful if not for the fact that thier are so many enemies on the screen. That looks like fun.

Now this is something that probably wont make it over hear. Its Tetra Master. Im asumming its another version of the card game that hsa been in 8 and 9. Exsept this is in it self a game and Online at that.

from those pics my impressions are its gonna rock FF11 ofcourse ! but we can\'t juge a game on a few pics i know i know

yes.. yes.. 2 weeks ago when the first shots and mpgs of FFXI came out, the game didn´t like to the people: very crappy, the characters... Now, only few days later, with new shots, the game looks impressive and sweet. Óf course, these new ones are much more amazing but we have to learn to don´t judge a game before 1 year of its launch. When the game come out these pics will be a real rubish.

How will FFXI work ONline?
Will it even be worth playing OFFline?
Is there a story to it?
Why is my leg on fire?

1. Like any other massive multiplayer RPG (Modem and Broadband)

Good question. I think it´s from PS2 version but I´m not 100% sure. Can anyone confirm this?

They are garenteed PS2 pics. Since its not going to the X-Box and GameCube. The only other thing it could ever possibly be is PC pics but since the Ps2 version is going to be released about half a year before the PC version I would say its the PS2 Version.

I love that these pics show monsters in battles. And taking from several interviews Final Fantasy Xi sahould not be playable Offline. They may change it though.

And yes thier are quite a few stories. I believe he quoted over 200 at one piont in time. But as someone much wiser then I siad to not jump to conclusions on the game a year before its release.

Yes, never jump to conlusions...bad idea. I always end up being wrong or misinformed when I do that...

Actually when it comes to Final Fantasy I am usually right. But the sun dosn\'t always shine.

FFXI is coming out on the Gcube and the x-box.  But, it will be out on the ps2 about six months before it\'s released on either one of those systems.  So, I\'m pretty sure this is the ps2 version. :cool:

But Square hasn\'t announced it will be on either of those systems, of course they\'re PS2...:rolleyes: Also, Square is in debt...and Sony is supporting them 100%, so I think Square may be loyal to Sony. I don\'t know if they made much money on FF: TSW, but I know they will when Final Fantasy X comes out...

Hironobu Sakaguchi, creator of the Final Fantasy series, confirmed with GameSpot that Final Fantasy XI, although initially in development for the Sony PlayStation 2 and the PC, will indeed be released on multiple consoles. Although he refrained from naming the specific platforms, the game\'s release will include the Microsoft Xbox and likely the Nintendo GameCube. "Initially, of course, the game will be released for the Sony PlayStation 2 and the PC platform, but in order to gain as broad an audience as possible, we will release it across other consoles in the future." Sakaguchi told GameSpot.



As you can see, it will be going to other systems.  Nintendo may not allow it, but I\'m sure Microsoft will.
