probs with ofiicial ff9 site??!!!!!

evry time i try to put one of those code it says about in the official ff9 book, it come back saying it cant find it......has anyone else had these probs?????? plz help

Did you buy it new or used? If you bought it used someone may have laready used thta number. And its a once in a life time thing.

is there a number on the cd/case

or the actual guide thing
