--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : With the power of the X-Box, I believe you have a lot more hardware to work with than before. What have you guys decided to do differently in this title as opposed to your other games?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : Well, they are a completely different developer. I think everyone will be surprised at how great the graphics, game play and animations are.

Sanders Keel [THQ] : They are a total package. And no not that lame pony tailed total package.

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : If you could compare RAW IS WAR to any other wrestling title out there, what comes closest in terms of
game play? Will this be a totally new engine that we have never seen before?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : The experience will be brand new, but I would compare the quality of their gameplay to that of the past Nintendo 64 titles.

Jeremy Agamata [WG.com] : Besides moving clothes and dripping blood that stains the mat, are there any other similar type nick knacks we should know about?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : There will be some more but we do not want to let them all out yet.

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : One thing that I think bothered a lot of people was how difficult the wrestling games can get. It seemed as if the computer would just counter 9 out of 10 of your moves in the season modes of Wrestlemania 2k and No Mercy. Will the difficulty be any different in the upcoming titles?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : It won\'t be as difficult. I am sorry if it was too difficult before.

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : Does technology in the X-Box allow for an intelligent computer system? Will the smaller wrestlers be more at a disadvantage facing the bigger wrestlers? Can X-Pac lift the Big Show? Will the computer fight you in a strategic way?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : Great minds think alike. This is something that is currently being discussed .

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : Will the entrances for each wrestler be in real-time or FMV? Can you control your wrestler as he or she enters the ring? Can someone interfere in your entrance?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : They will be full entrances and surprise attacks are possible , so watch out!

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : With the big haul of graphics in RAW IS WAR, will the overall pace of the game be effected? Will the game
move slower with more wrestlers on the screen at the same time?(e.g No Mercy)

Sanders Keel [THQ] : The game will not slow down.

Jeremy Agamata [WG.com] : Are there any plans for wrestler voices in the game?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : Some.

Jeremy Agamata [WG.com] : About how many wrestlers can be seen on screen at the same time? If more than four, will it effect the
overall gameplay?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : There will be 6 and no it will not slow down.

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : Looking for finish RAW IS WAR by the launch time of the X-Box console, what has been your main priority in the game? Are you looking to wow us with fantastic gameplay? Should we be blinded by the smooth looking graphics?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : Graphics, gameplay and animation quality. Get ready to be wowed!

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : From what we have seen in the past Smackdown and N64 games, it is possible for the Playstation and the
N64 to include gimmick matches (Hell In A Cell, TLC, Ladder, Royal Rumble, etc.) I also know that you are using RAW IS WAR as kind of a template for future wrestling titles on the X-Box. Even with that being said, many fans want to know if there will be any special gimmick matches that we can expect for RIW?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : Most of those will be in the future titles.

Jeremy Agamata [WG.com] : Exactly how will the season mode work in RAW IS WAR? Fans seem to be confused as to whether there
really is a season mode or not.

Sanders Keel [THQ] : There is no exact season mode, but a challenge mode similar to Revenge.

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : How interactive can we expect the crowd to be? How interactive can we expect the items and weapons to be? Will we be brought back to the days of RAW on the SNES and be able to knock the ref out?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : You will be able to wrestle in the crowd and the crowd will run, scatter etc.

Chris Ellington [WG.com] : Could we see some in game editing features such as buying or downloading "extra" add ones like costumes,
wrestlers, arenas, match types off the Internet or stores?

Sanders Keel [THQ] : Maybe in the future.

Sounds awesome!!!!  That\'s good to hear it plays closest to the n64 version of wwf games.   I will be getting this game.
