Those are just renders, and I was about to post about this, jerk...:rolleyes:

If the final product looks this good, it\'ll bring graphics, gore-violence to a whole new level. I hope tey don\'t make it as gory as it was in the past with graphics up to par with this...eww...:sconf:

Like I said in the other thread, I\'m hoping MK5 doesn\'t disappoint like the last few installments. I want some MK2 action here.

I\'m anxious to see a good ol\' fight with Sub-Zero vs. Scorpion, the two coolest characters of the MK series, IMO. Imagine what it would look like at 60 fps, dynamic lighting and special effects, and detailed player models and animations. :eek:

Here\'s hoping Midway doesn\'t screw it up.

I hate renders cause now everyones expectations will be based off these shots

and MK crew has ackowledge the downfall of the series and has said they intend to revie it

Time will tell, but I think there\'s reason to hope

Cool I have MK1--MK: Trilogy. I really didn\'t want MK Sub-Zero Motholgies or MK Special Forces. I just have the fighting ones. And I might as well get MK5 and others to complete the collection.

I heard they\'re making a third installment in the Mortal Kombat movies...:rolleyes: It better be good...

they look good, but i hope they dont look like that...the people all look cartoony....with like features exgarated etc. i think it should look more real...i agree mk2 was the best in the series

What I like about these renders is that they\'re not so good that it\'s impossible to make the game look like that. They\'re like gameplay almost, so I think the final product may look even better than the renders...after all...we\'re starting to see what our little black box is capable of...

I really thought MK3 was the best. MK2 didn\'t have those combos.. All you had to do was freeze, uppercut. Or if you were Scorpion, "Get over here!!!" then uppercut. Part 3 introduced the combos...!

Actually...Sub-Zero would be freeze, uppercut, super slide. Scorpion would be "Get Over Here!", uppercut, and than transport side attack.

the first movie was good, but the second movie was CRAP. it looked like some low budget tv movie. if they even make a 3rd movie they better make it like the first one... GOOD. lol.
